Two-module run layout
This configuration uses two steel-framed P600 modules linked in a straight, single-storey run. Together, they form an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and provide approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m, an internal ceiling height of 2.16m and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The layout is intended as a security cabin for the Security & Site Control sector. Its extended linear format is suited to staffed entrances at operational sites, car parks and distribution centres, where teams need a clear working base close to vehicle or pedestrian access points.
Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 has three small windows along its exposed north side. Its south side contains a small window, a single glazed door and a further small window, creating the building’s external entrance. The exposed west end is fitted with one large window.
Module 2 also has three small windows along its exposed north side. Three further small windows are arranged along the south side, while the exposed east end contains one large window. This combination gives the two-module cabin glazing across both long elevations and at each outer end. Final fixture positions and layout details remain subject to confirmation by quotation.
Anthracite Grey exterior
The selected external finish uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. The specified north, south, west and east exposed walls use standard smooth insulated panels in the same colour, giving the run a consistent appearance across its selected external elevations.
The building has a flat roof finished with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for confirmation in the final internal layout. Where a toilet or shower room is incorporated, that room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The exact room arrangement, associated fixtures and final specification must therefore be confirmed as part of the quotation.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles can be selected as alternatives or upgrades. Room-by-room flooring choices are also selectable, but no specific general flooring finish is included as a claim for this stored design. These selections can be reviewed when the layout is finalised through the building configurator.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.
Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey. Access for transport and offloading, ground conditions, finished levels, service routes and any site-specific constraints should be assessed before the final quotation and installation arrangements are confirmed.
