A spacious two-module layout
This P600 garden room uses two steel-framed modules connected in a single-storey run. Together, they create an external footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 22.8 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, subject to the final room arrangement.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The long, linear format offers a practical basis for an open living area or a divided garden room with dedicated facilities.
Windows, entrance and terrace
The exposed north wall of Module 1 has two large windows. Its south wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window, while the exposed west end has a full-size window. A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC is requested for this configuration, with its position and surrounding room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an option. If a shower room is selected during final planning, wet-room PVC flooring is used. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels form the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes and any partition positions depend on the final room layout and are confirmed by quotation. The design can be reviewed through the P600 configuration process, where the WC arrangement and selected interior treatments can be finalised.
