This stored P600 configuration places two 5.9m x 2.2m modules side by side to create a single-storey garden room with an external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. The connected design provides approximately 22.8 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, subject to the confirmed internal arrangement. Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m, an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Windows and entrance arrangement

Module 1 forms the north-facing entrance side. Its exposed 5.9m north wall is arranged with a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. The exposed east and west ends each contain one large window. This provides the principal entrance and multiple glazed openings around the module.

Module 2 has a large window in each exposed 2.2m end wall to the east and west. Its exposed 5.9m south wall contains a small window, a large window and another small window. Together, the two modules create a highly glazed garden-room layout, while the exact relationship between windows, partitions, the kitchenette and the WC remains subject to the final plan.

Jet Black exterior and apex roof

The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005. The selected north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2 have a smooth finish. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the stored exterior design. Any pricing associated with selected external finishes is confirmed within the complete quotation rather than itemised publicly.

Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this configuration, but their exact positions, fixtures and room dimensions must be confirmed in the final layout and quotation. Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish elsewhere in the building. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. If a shower room is incorporated into a revised final layout, wet-room PVC flooring is used within that room.

Indicative price and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £30,000 excluding VAT, or £36,000 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. The proposed garden location and access route are subject to survey so that practical siting requirements can be assessed before the final quotation is agreed.
