Windows, doors and terrace
The exposed walls include a generous arrangement of large windows. On Module 1, the north side has two large windows, while the south side has a large window, a double glazed door and a second large window. The exposed west end also has a large window.
Module 2 has two large windows on its north side and two on its south side. Its exposed east end contains a further large window. Alongside the building is a covered, ground-level timber terrace deck, extending the usable setting immediately outside the garden room.
Anthracite woodgrain exterior
All selected exposed outside walls are finished with embossed woodgrain cladding between the frame in Antrasit (Anthracite). This applies to the north, south and west walls of Module 1, and the north, east and south walls of Module 2. The building is topped by a dual-pitch apex roof.
Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the complete quotation and are not itemised publicly. Colours, fixtures and finishing details should also be checked against the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this configuration, but their final positions and detailed specifications remain to be confirmed in the agreed layout. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored design.
