Configuration and dimensions
This wide, single-storey building comprises two connected P600 steel-framed modules. Together, they create an external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. Each module is 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The configuration provides approximately 22.8 m2 of usable internal area before partitions, using a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open arrangement may provide more usable space, but no larger figure is assumed for this design. The final division between changing space, circulation and washing facilities will depend on the confirmed room layout.
Openings and external finish
Module 1 has its principal openings on the exposed north wall: a small window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second small window. Its exposed east and west ends each have one high-level, top-only window. Module 2 has three small windows across its exposed south wall, with one high-level, top-only window on each of the exposed east and west ends.
The selected finish is Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank, installed as vertical boards between the frame on the exposed walls. Full-wall cladding is specified for Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the exterior design.
The combination of a glazed entrance, small windows and high-level end windows is specific to this stored configuration. It gives the main elevations external openings while retaining higher-level glazing at all four exposed module ends.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, subject to confirmation in the final internal layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. The exact positions, room sizes, sanitary fittings and associated internal details are confirmed through the final quotation and layout.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected, while other wall and floor finishes are chosen to suit the final room arrangement. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should therefore be treated as indicative unless they are expressly confirmed in the quotation.
Club use and commercial details
This configuration is intended as a modular changing room for the Sport & Leisure sector, particularly for football, rugby and cricket clubs. Its two-module width provides scope for a practical changing area alongside the requested washing facilities, subject to the final partition plan.
The indicative configured estimate is £31,600 ex VAT, or £37,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and any project-specific requirements. Final layout details, finishes and quoted works are established through the stored design and subsequent configuration process.
