Compact accommodation for site control
This stored configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance. The approximate usable interior dimensions are 5.7m x 2.0m, providing a practical enclosed space for security personnel, access-control duties and associated equipment.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its compact proportions suit controlled entrances where staff need good visibility and direct communication with drivers, visitors or delivery personnel. This configuration is intended for the Security & Site Control sector and can be considered alongside other security cabins for sites, car parks and distribution centres.
Openings and access
The north-facing 5.9m wall incorporates a sliding drive-through serving window for communication at a vehicle access point. The east-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window. On the south-facing 5.9m wall, a single glazed door is positioned with one small window on each side. The west-facing 2.2m end also has a full-size window.
These openings form part of this stored layout and support observation across the surrounding site. Their final detailing, glazing specification, ironmongery and other illustrated elements are confirmed through the project quotation rather than assumed from presentation imagery.
Selected exterior treatment
All four exposed outside walls are specified with ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Venge. The boards run vertically and are applied between the visible steel frame. This full-wall treatment is selected for the north, east, south and west elevations, giving the module a consistent external finish. Cladding remains subject to quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. The compact roofline and framed elevations retain the straightforward form of the P600 module without adding unconfirmed architectural elements.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested, with its inclusion and position to be confirmed in the final room layout. Where bathroom walls are selected, the standard construction uses 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels. Hygienic panels are available as an optional alternative. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms, but no shower room forms part of this stored configuration.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall treatment, floor finish, furniture, sanitary fittings or service details are selected and confirmed for the final layout and quotation. The internal arrangement must account for any WC partition because the stated approximate 11.4m² usable internal area is measured before partitions.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Final siting is subject to survey, including access, positioning and ground conditions. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator.
