Single-module run layout
This security cabin uses one P600 module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The conservative usable internal area is approximately 11.4 m² before any partitions are added. The module is 2.40m high externally and has an internal ceiling height of approximately 2.16m.
The compact proportions are suited to controlled entrances where security or site personnel need a defined working position without a multi-module layout. Typical settings include sites, car parks and distribution centres. More information about this application is available under security cabins.
Openings around the cabin
Each exposed wall has a specified opening arrangement. The north-facing 5.9m side contains a drive-through sliding serving window. The opposite south-facing 5.9m side has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. Both 2.2m end walls are specified with a full-size window: one on the east wall and one on the west wall.
This arrangement provides service access on one long side, a glazed pedestrian entrance on the other and window openings around the remaining elevations. The final positioning and practical relationship between the requested WC and these openings must be confirmed as part of the completed room layout.
External finish and roof
All four outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels with a smooth Light Grey finish, specified as RAL 7035. The vertical insulated panels are included in this configuration. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is selected.
The selected finish gives the cabin a consistent appearance across its north, east, south and west walls. Final fixture details, colour representation and finish selections are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for the fit-out, subject to confirmation in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. The exact partition position and associated fit-out details remain subject to the agreed quotation.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes can be selected when the final room arrangement is confirmed. No shower room is specified in this stored design; wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower-room layouts rather than automatically forming part of this WC configuration. Other flooring and finish choices should therefore be confirmed for this cabin rather than inferred from example imagery.
Price and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from the configured estimate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including access, positioning and relevant site conditions. Dimensions, openings, fit-out selections and finishes can be reviewed against the stored design through the building configurator, with the quotation confirming the final specification.
