Single-Module P600 Security Cabin with WC Request

Compact access-control accommodation

This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. This compact format is intended as a security cabin for sites, car parks and distribution centres where personnel monitor vehicles, visitors and controlled entry points.

Window and door arrangement

The stored design provides glazing on every elevation to support visibility around the cabin. The north 5.9m wall has two large windows, while the east 2.2m end has one full-size window. On the south 5.9m wall, a single glazed door sits with one small window on each side. The west 2.2m end has a further full-size window.

These openings are specific to this configuration and form part of its security and site-control layout. Final fixture details, specifications and finishes are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from illustrative images.

Anthracite exterior and flat roof

All four outside walls are selected with full-wall Smooth plank cladding in AR16016, finished in Antrasit (Anthracite). The cladding is applied to the exposed wall areas between the module frame, giving the cabin a consistent finish on its north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for the fit-out, subject to confirmation in the final internal layout and quotation. Where a toilet or shower room is confirmed, that room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise WC arrangement, associated fixtures and final room dimensions are not fixed by the stored design and must therefore be agreed before supply.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this configuration. Flooring outside any confirmed toilet or shower room is also subject to selection and quotation; no room-by-room flooring specification is stated in the stored design. Available configuration choices can be reviewed through the building configurator, with the final specification governed by the quotation.

Configured estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final WC layout, finishes and project requirements. The estimate must not be treated as a fixed installed or delivered price.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any constraints affecting transport or placement. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the proposed location and required site works are suitable for the quoted configuration.
