Single-module security cabin layout
This stored P600 configuration is a single-storey security cabin formed from one 5.9m x 2.2m module. It provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling beneath the module’s 2.40m external height.
The compact footprint is intended for security and site-control duties where personnel need a defined base close to an entrance, barrier or traffic route. Windows and access
The exposed north wall, running along one 5.9m side, has three small windows. The opposite south wall has a single glazed door. Each 2.2m end wall has one full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. Together, these stored openings support outward visibility from several sides while providing glazed pedestrian access.
The precise internal arrangement remains subject to the final room layout. Positioning furniture, equipment or internal partitions must take account of the specified door and window locations as well as the requested WC area.
External finish and roof
All four outside walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. This same selected treatment applies to the north, east, south and west elevations. The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is specified in this configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this security cabin, with its inclusion, position and detailed fit-out to be confirmed in the final layout and quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are an optional selection. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish. Other internal finishes are selected in relation to the confirmed room arrangement. No shower room is specified in this stored configuration; where a shower room is selected, wet-room PVC flooring is used. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and room details remain subject to confirmation by quotation.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.
