A compact base for security and access control

This P600 configuration is a single-module, single-storey security cabin intended for the Security & Site Control sector. Its compact footprint is suited to sites, car parks and distribution centres where personnel need a defined space for monitoring arrivals, controlling access and carrying out day-to-day security duties. The building uses one steel-framed P600 module in a run layout. It measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide, with approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior is 5.7m by 2.0m. External module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

Openings and external appearance

The north-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows arranged along its length. The east-facing 2.2m end wall has one full-size window, while the west-facing 2.2m end wall has a further full-size window. Access is provided by a single glazed door in the south-facing 5.9m wall.

All four outside walls are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Anthracite. The vertical boards are applied to the exposed wall areas between the structural frame, creating a consistent finish around the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding is priced as part of the final quotation rather than itemised publicly.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.

Requested internal fit-out

A WC has been requested and is to be confirmed within the final internal layout. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The final WC arrangement, sanitary fittings and associated details will therefore be established through the quotation and layout confirmation process rather than assumed from illustrative material.

Outside the WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections can also be considered, but no particular general flooring finish is claimed as included in this stored configuration.
