A compact base for site control
This P600 configuration is a one-module, single-storey security cabin designed for the Security & Site Control sector. Its 5.9 m x 2.2 m footprint makes it suited to access points where space is limited but a dedicated working environment is required. Module dimensions and layout
The building uses one P600 module with a single configured layout. It provides approximately 11 m² of internal usable floor area, based on an approximate usable interior of 5.7 m x 2.0 m. The module is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling height. As a standalone single-storey design, this configuration does not include linked or stacked modules.
The exposed north wall, along the 5.9 m side, has two large windows. The east 2.2 m end wall has one full-size window, while the west 2.2 m end wall also has one full-size window. Access is through one glazed door in the south 5.9 m wall. These openings are specific to the stored configuration and provide visibility from multiple sides of the cabin.
Anthracite Grey exterior
All four outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels with a smooth finish. The vertical panels are selected in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016, across the north, east, south and west elevations. Above them is a flat roof with an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested, but its arrangement remains subject to confirmation in the final layout and quotation. Where a toilet or shower room is included, that room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The exact room arrangement and associated fit-out must therefore be agreed before the specification is finalised.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable alternatives rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring choices are also selectable and should not be treated as confirmed unless they are stated in the final quotation. Illustrated fixtures, materials and finishes are indicative until the quotation confirms the final details.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, equivalent to £15,480 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.
Final siting is subject to survey and assessment of the proposed location, access route and site conditions. Suitable ground preparation, clearances and any offloading requirements need to be established for the individual project. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator, but the issued quotation remains the basis for the final specification and price.
