Compact space for security and access control

This P600 configuration is a single steel-framed module arranged over one storey for use as a security cabin. Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint is suited to controlled entrances, parking areas and distribution sites where staff need a clear view of approaching vehicles and visitors. The module provides approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, giving a practical single-room layout for monitoring, administration and access-control duties. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling height.

Windows and entrance arrangement

The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The opposite south wall combines two small windows with a single glazed door. Each 2.2m end wall has one large window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. This arrangement provides glazing across all four elevations while retaining a clearly defined personnel entrance.

The openings are specific to this stored configuration rather than a generic P600 layout. Their final detailing, including illustrated fittings and finishes, is confirmed through the project quotation and final layout documentation.

Wenge external finish and flat roof

All four selected outside walls are finished with full-wall Smooth plank cladding in Wenge, reference AR16016. The cladding is applied to the exposed wall areas between the module frame, covering the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding pricing is quote-only and is not separately itemised in this product description.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration, maintaining the straightforward profile of the single P600 module.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for the fit-out, subject to confirmation within the final internal layout. Where the toilet room is included, it requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise sanitary fittings, room arrangement and associated details must be agreed in the quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades, as are room-by-room flooring selections. These alternatives are not included unless they are specified and priced in the final quotation. Layout and finish choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Placement and access remain subject to a site survey. The receiving site must be assessed for suitable access, positioning and any required preparation before arrangements are confirmed. Final dimensions, openings, fit-out details and finishes are recorded in the quotation for the completed project specification.
