    Compact security and site-control space

This configuration is a single P600 module arranged as a one-module, single-storey gatehouse. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11.4m2 of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance, based on an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for controlled entrances where security personnel need a dedicated position for monitoring visitors, vehicles or access procedures. Typical settings include logistics parks, schools and gated developments. Further examples can be found in our gatehouse applications.

    Window and entrance arrangement

The exposed north wall, running along one 5.9m side, has two large windows. The east 2.2m end wall has one large window, while the west 2.2m end wall also has one large window. A single glazed door is positioned on the exposed south 5.9m wall.

This specified combination of openings provides glazing on three sides of the module, supporting visibility around the gatehouse position. The final orientation on site should be considered alongside traffic direction, pedestrian routes, boundary conditions and the required view of the controlled entrance.

    External panels and roof

All four outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels with a smooth Pure White finish in RAL 9010. The panels are installed vertically and are included in this stored configuration. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is specified.

The selected finish creates a consistent appearance across the north, east, south and west elevations. Any project-specific changes to colours, finishes or wall treatments would need to be confirmed separately through the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.

    Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC fit-out has been requested for this gatehouse, but its final position and partition arrangement remain subject to confirmation in the completed layout. The WC enclosure will reduce the usable open internal area, so access, circulation and the working position should be reviewed before the specification is finalised.

Insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish elsewhere in the module. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Where selected, plaster applies outside bathroom walls. Other internal wall and floor finishes are chosen to suit the final room layout and confirmed by quotation. No shower is specified in this design; wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms where they form part of a separately confirmed layout.

    Price and site planning

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 ex VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the WC layout and final details. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.

Siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions, levels, service requirements and the proposed relationship with vehicle and pedestrian routes. These factors should be established before the final quotation. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the online building configurator, with selected finishes and fit-out details confirmed as part of the quotation process.
