Single-Module P600 Gatehouse with WC

Compact accommodation for site control

This P600 configuration provides a compact gatehouse for monitoring entrances, managing visitors and supporting day-to-day site control. It uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey, with a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 11m² of usable internal floor area.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. This format is suited to sites where a clearly defined security position is required without the scale of a larger multi-module building, including logistics parks, schools and gated developments.

Windows and entrance

The stored layout includes extensive glazing to support visibility around the gatehouse. The north wall, which runs along one 5.9m side, has two large windows. The opposite south wall has a single glazed door. Each 2.2m end wall has one large window, giving the east and west elevations an additional outward view.

These openings are specific to this configuration and create a practical layout for a gatehouse positioned near an entrance, barrier or controlled access point. The final orientation on site should take account of approach routes, visibility requirements, boundaries and safe pedestrian movement.

Selected exterior

All four outside walls use the included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. This applies to the north, east, south and west walls, providing a consistent external appearance across the complete module. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the quotation and are not separately itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this design.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for the fit-out, with its final layout and details to be confirmed. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The final quotation will confirm the WC arrangement and the applicable finish selections.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included claims for this stored configuration unless confirmed in the quotation. Illustrated fixtures, colours and finishes should therefore be treated as representative until the final specification is agreed.

Indicative price and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from this estimate.

Siting remains subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any project-specific requirements. The stored dimensions, exterior finish, openings and requested fit-out can be reviewed through the building configurator before the final quotation is prepared.
