    Single-module configuration

This P600 gatehouse is arranged as one single-storey module in a run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The conservative usable internal area is approximately 11.4m2 before partitions, so the final WC arrangement will affect the remaining open space.

The module has an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Its compact proportions are intended for security and site control where staff need a defined position at an entrance or access point. More information about this building type is available on the gatehouses page.

    Window and door arrangement

The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. The east-facing 2.2m end wall contains one large window, while the west-facing 2.2m end wall also contains one large window. This is the stored arrangement for the two long walls and both end elevations.

The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the entrance arrangement: one small window, one single glazed door and a second small window. Together, the specified openings place windows on all four elevations while retaining a single glazed access door on the south wall. Final fixture details are confirmed by quotation.

    Anthracite external finish

All four outside walls are specified with full-wall Anthracite ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding, applied vertically between the steel frame. This selected finish covers the north, east, south and west elevations, including the wall areas around the specified door and window openings.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. The external cladding selection forms part of the configured estimate, but its pricing is quote-only and is not separately itemised in public information.

    Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for this configuration, but its position and final arrangement remain subject to confirmation in the completed room layout and quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional finish. Where selected, plaster applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected to suit the final room layout. No shower room is specified in this stored configuration; wet-room PVC flooring applies when a shower room is selected. The recorded options and room arrangement are reflected in the building configurator.

    Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final positioning and suitability are subject to a site survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed security or site-control location.
