Single-module configuration
This P600 gatehouse comprises one steel-framed module arranged in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling height, creating a compact workspace for gatehouse and access-control duties.

Windows and entrance
The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The south wall has two small windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall has one full-size window: one on the east wall and one on the west wall. This stored arrangement provides glazing on all four elevations while retaining a single external entrance.
External panels and roof
All four outside walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, matched to RAL 7035, with a smooth finish. This selection applies to the north, east, south and west walls of the module. Cladding costs are confirmed through the project quotation and are not itemised in public pricing.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. Final external details remain subject to the quotation and agreed project specification.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested for this gatehouse, with its inclusion and position to be confirmed in the final internal layout. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements apply to the proposed WC area if it is retained in the quoted design.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable alternatives rather than included features of this stored configuration. Room-by-room flooring choices outside the proposed WC have not been fixed and must also be confirmed through the final specification. Fixtures, finishes and layout details shown in supporting imagery are subject to quotation.
Siting and commercial details
The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate from this estimate.
