Compact security and site-control space
This P600 configuration is a single-module, single-storey gatehouse intended for controlled entrances and staffed access points. Its external footprint is 5.9 m x 2.2 m, providing approximately 11.4 m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance based on an approximate usable interior of 5.7 m x 2.0 m.
The module is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling. The compact proportions make it suitable for logistics parks, schools and gated developments where personnel need a defined position for monitoring arrivals, managing access or carrying out routine site-control duties. Further applications can be explored on the gatehouses page.
Stored layout and openings
The north wall, which forms one 5.9 m side, has two large windows. The east 2.2 m end has one full-size window, while the west 2.2 m end has another full-size window. A single glazed door is positioned on the south 5.9 m wall. These are the openings recorded for this exact configuration.
The design uses one continuous module rather than a connected arrangement. Its stated usable internal area is measured before any partitions are introduced, so the requested WC and its final position will affect the remaining open working space. Furniture, counters, security equipment and other operational fittings are not specified in the stored design.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed walls are selected with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding applied between the steel frame. The boards run vertically across the north, east, south and west walls, giving the module a consistent finish on every elevation. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not separately itemised in public pricing.
Above, the module has a flat roof and an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Final colours, interfaces and visible finishing details are confirmed through the project quotation rather than assumed from illustrative photography or general product imagery.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this configuration, but its inclusion, position and final partition layout remain subject to confirmation. Bathroom walls use 40 mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes are chosen in relation to the final room layout and confirmed by quotation. No shower room is specified for this stored gatehouse; wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms where these are selected, rather than automatically forming part of this WC request.
Pricing, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate and should not be treated as included within the indicative estimate.
Siting is subject to survey, including checks on access, positioning and relevant site conditions. The final quotation will confirm the agreed layout, WC provision, finishes and project-specific requirements. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final selections recorded against the quotation.
