This P600 configuration is designed as a compact gatehouse for security and site control. The stored design uses one steel-framed module in a single-storey run layout, creating a self-contained building for sites that need a defined point of supervision or access management. Typical settings include logistics parks, school entrances and gated developments.
Single-module layout
The building has an external footprint of 5.9m x 2.2m and provides approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. The module is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. As this stored configuration contains one module only, there are no linked or stacked sections.
The arrangement includes four large windows and one glazed single door. Two large windows are positioned on the north-facing 5.9m wall. The east 2.2m end wall has one large window, while the west 2.2m end wall has another. The glazed single door is located on the south-facing 5.9m wall. These positions describe the selected configuration and should be checked against the final quotation and layout documentation.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed outside walls are specified with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite, applied between the frame and arranged as vertical boards. This selected finish covers the north, east, south and west elevations around their respective openings. Cladding remains subject to quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this design. Final external details, colours and finishes are confirmed through the project quotation.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this gatehouse, with its final position and arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Where a toilet or shower room is included, that room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The exact room plan and associated details must therefore be agreed before quotation is finalised.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring selections outside the requested WC area are also not fixed in the brief and must be confirmed as part of the final specification through the building configurator and quotation process.
Pricing and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final WC layout, finishes and project requirements. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access.
Siting remains subject to a site survey and assessment of access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate from the indicative configured estimate. The survey and quotation process will establish the relevant access, transport and site requirements without assuming that these services are included.
