This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged as a single-storey garden room. Its footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling height.

Windows and external access
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows with one glazed door positioned on the same elevation. Each 2.2m end wall has a full-size window, giving the single-room layout glazing on all four sides.
These openings are specific to this stored configuration. Their final technical details, together with any associated fixtures and finishes shown in supporting visuals, are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Selected exterior and roof
All four outside walls use the included standard insulated sandwich panels. The north, east, south and west elevations are each selected in Light Grey, RAL 7035, with a smooth finish. The panels are arranged vertically to create a consistent external appearance around the module.
An apex-style dual-pitch roof is selected for this garden room. No additional external cladding system is specified in this configuration, and any alternative finish would need to be reviewed and priced as part of a revised quotation.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for the fit-out, subject to confirmation in the final internal layout. Their precise positions, fixtures, connections and finishes are not fixed by the stored design and will be detailed in the quotation.
Outside the WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring, so the WC area will need these appropriate finishes if retained in the final plan. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring choices are selectable options rather than included features of this configuration.
Quotation and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £15,060 excluding VAT, or £18,072 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and confirmation of the requested fit-out, selected finishes and final layout. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
