Single-Module P600 Garden Office with WC

A compact workspace for home and garden settings

This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module arranged as a single-storey garden office. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable internal floor area of 11 m². The interior measures approximately 5.7m x 2.0m, providing a practical single-module workspace for an individual home worker or small business owner.

The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its compact proportions are suited to projects where a separate working environment is required without specifying a larger multi-module building. Window and door arrangement

The stored design has a defined set of openings on all four elevations. The north-facing 5.9m wall contains three small windows. At the opposite side, the south-facing 5.9m wall combines a large window, a double-leaf glazed door and a second large window.

Each 2.2m end wall has a full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. Together, these openings create a highly glazed garden office configuration while retaining the compact footprint of a single P600 module. Teak slatted external finish

All four exposed outside walls are specified with ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding in Teak, applied between the structural frame. The boards run vertically across the full-wall cladding areas on the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding forms part of the configured design, with its commercial details confirmed through quotation.

Above the elevations is a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration, keeping the roof edge aligned with the module’s established structural treatment.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for this garden office and remains subject to confirmation within the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise WC arrangement, associated fixtures and final finishes will therefore be established in the quotation and agreed layout.

Outside the WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored configuration. Room-by-room flooring selections are also not fixed by the brief and must be confirmed for the final specification.

Estimate, transport and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, equivalent to £16,920 inc VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is calculated separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.

Positioning and access are subject to a site survey, including consideration of the proposed location, ground conditions and the route available for transport and offloading. The configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator, but the quotation remains the definitive record of scope, finishes and project-specific costs.
