Single-module office layout
This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9 m x 2.2 m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7 m x 2.0 m and around 11 m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling.
The design is intended as a compact, self-contained workspace for the Home & Garden sector. It gives home workers and small business owners a separate place to work without dividing the building into multiple modules or floors. Windows and glazed access
The north-facing 5.9 m wall is configured with three small windows. The opposite south-facing wall has a double glazed door positioned between two large windows, providing the principal entrance and a broad glazed aspect along the longer side of the office.
Both 2.2 m end walls have a full-size window: one on the east wall and one on the west wall. These openings are specific to this stored configuration. Final window, door and fit-out details are confirmed through the project quotation rather than assumed from illustrative imagery.
Anthracite external finish
All four exposed walls are selected with full-wall Smooth plank cladding in AR16016, applied between the frame. The chosen colour is Antrasit (Anthracite), creating a consistent finish across the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the quotation and are not itemised separately in public pricing.
Above the walls is a flat roof with an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia. This configuration does not add an extra fascia beyond that frame detail.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for inclusion in the final internal layout. Their positions, fittings and service requirements remain subject to confirmation during quotation and layout development. The WC area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. No shower is specified in this configuration.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included specifications for this stored design unless added to the final quotation.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and final confirmation of the kitchenette, WC, finishes and project requirements. The configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including checks on access, available working space, ground conditions and the requirements for positioning the module safely at the intended property.
