Compact single-module workspace
This garden office uses one steel-framed P600 module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable internal floor area of 11 m². The usable interior measures approximately 5.7m x 2.0m, providing a focused workspace for home working or running a small business away from the main house.
The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. A covered ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, extending the practical space immediately outside the office.
Windows and glazed entrance
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains three small windows. On the opposite south-facing wall, a single glazed door is positioned with one large window on either side. Each 2.2m end wall—east and west—has one large window. These are the stored opening selections for this configuration, subject to confirmation in the final quoted layout.

Anthracite smooth-plank exterior
All four exposed walls are specified with Smooth plank cladding in AR16016 Antrasit (Anthracite), applied between the structural frame. This full-wall treatment covers the north, east, south and west elevations, giving the single module a consistent selected finish. Cladding costs are confirmed within the quotation and are not itemised publicly.
Above, the building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this design, keeping the roof edge aligned with the stored P600 configuration.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for the internal fit-out, but their positions and final details must be confirmed in the finished layout and quotation. Where the WC is included, the room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. No particular hygienic-panel style, sanitary fitting specification or kitchenette arrangement is claimed at this stage.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles remain selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections are also subject to confirmation rather than being treated as included finishes. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £16,260 excluding VAT, or £19,512 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and will depend on the requirements identified for the property.
