Single-Module Gym with WC and Shower

A compact, self-contained training space

This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module to create a practical modular gym for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint makes it well suited to residential properties, private grounds and small personal-training sites where available space is limited.

The building is arranged over a single storey and provides approximately 12m² of internal floor area. It is intended for home gym owners and smaller personal-training studios that want a dedicated exercise space with on-site washing and toilet facilities. The compact dimensions should be considered when selecting equipment and planning circulation around the WC and shower.

Module 1 layout

The single module contains the gym area, WC and shower within one compact layout. This avoids the need for a separate welfare building and gives users access to essential facilities without returning to the main property or another part of the site.

Natural light is provided from every exposed elevation. The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The east-facing 2.2m end has one full-size window, while the west-facing 2.2m end has a second full-size window.

On the south-facing 5.9m wall, a glazed double door is positioned between two large windows. This elevation provides the main entrance and creates an open, well-glazed frontage. Across the complete module, the arrangement comprises four large windows, two full-size end windows and one glazed double door.

Exterior and roof finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the gym a clean, understated appearance that can sit comfortably beside a home, garden or existing leisure premises. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and contemporary.

The P600 format is modular, but this configuration is supplied as one complete module rather than a linked or stacked building. Its fixed 5.9m x 2.2m footprint also makes the space and access requirements clear at an early stage.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This includes the single P600 module, Anthracite exterior finish, specified doors and windows, flat roof with slim fascia, and the internal WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Any requirements arising from access, the chosen location, service connections or site conditions must be assessed before the final quotation is confirmed. Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, site readiness and delivery scheduling. The programme should allow enough time for any required permissions, ground preparation and services to be organised before installation.

The module requires a suitable prepared base and clear access for delivery and installation. The WC and shower also require appropriate water and drainage connections at the selected location. Groundworks, service runs and other site-specific requirements are established and priced separately so the quotation reflects the actual property or training site.
