    Compact security and site control space

    This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact, self-contained gatehouse. The building has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 11 m² of internal floor area. Its single-storey format is suited to entrance points where security staff need a defined working space without a larger multi-module building.

    Typical applications include vehicle and visitor control at logistics parks, school entrances and gated residential developments. The arrangement provides visibility across several approaches while retaining enough internal space for day-to-day gatehouse duties and a dedicated WC.

    Single-module layout

    The ground-floor module forms the complete building. The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows, creating a broad outward view along the long side of the gatehouse. A further large window is fitted in the east-facing 2.2m end wall, while the west-facing 2.2m end wall also has one large window.

    Access is through a single glazed door in the south-facing 5.9m wall. Together, the glazed door and four large windows support observation from multiple sides and bring natural light into the compact interior. The layout is supplied with a WC, reducing reliance on separate welfare facilities elsewhere on the site.

    External finish and roof

    The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the gatehouse a clean, neutral appearance that can sit comfortably within commercial, education and residential settings. The module has a flat roof with a slim fascia, keeping the overall profile simple and compact.

    Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The steel-framed module is prepared as a fitted building rather than an empty shell, subject to the agreed standard specification and final order confirmation.

    Price and standard specification

    The indicative price for this one-module gatehouse is £12,900 ex VAT, or £15,480 inc VAT, based on the standard fitted specification. This configuration includes the single P600 module, its Light grey external finish, flat roof with slim fascia, the listed glazed door and windows, and the internal WC as specified.

    Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Any requirements arising from the location, access arrangements, service connections or final site design will be assessed before a firm quotation is issued. The P600 configurator can be used to review the specified arrangement.

    Lead time and site preparation

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order confirmation, specification and production scheduling. Delivery and installation dates also depend on site readiness and suitable access for the module and installation equipment.

    The customer must provide a suitable, level prepared base in the agreed position. The delivery route and working area must allow safe access for transport and installation. Because this gatehouse includes a WC, the site will also need appropriate water and drainage connections. Groundworks, incoming services and other site-specific works are assessed and priced separately.
