Compact security and site control space

This P600 configuration is a single-module, single-storey gatehouse arranged as a straightforward run layout. Its compact 5.9 m x 2.2 m footprint is suited to entrances where security staff need a dedicated base without taking up unnecessary site space. The approximate usable internal floor area is 11 m², making it relevant to logistics parks, schools and gated developments requiring controlled access and day-to-day site oversight.

Module dimensions and layout

The module measures 2.40 m externally in height and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7 m x 2.0 m. The stored design is one ground-floor P600 module rather than a linked or stacked building. Its layout combines broad outward views with a single glazed entrance door and a requested WC area, subject to confirmation in the final layout.

Windows and entrance

The north-facing 5.9 m wall is configured with two large windows. The opposite south-facing wall has a small window, a single glazed door and a second small window. Each 2.2 m end wall—the east and west elevations—has one full-size window. This arrangement is specific to the stored configuration and provides viewing points around all four exposed elevations. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed by quotation.

Selected external finish

All four outside walls use smooth, standard insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. The panels are installed vertically as the included external finish. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for the final fit-out, with its position and arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These room-specific requirements apply to the requested WC area and should not be taken as confirmation of a particular sanitary layout or fixture selection before quotation.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices rather than included features of this design. Room-by-room flooring selections outside the WC have not been specified in the stored configuration and can be considered as part of the quotation process.

Pricing and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.

Siting remains subject to survey, including access, positioning and site conditions.
