    This configuration uses one P600 steel-framed module to create a practical garden office with an approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions. Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint makes efficient use of the available plot while providing a clear separation between home and work. The building is arranged over a single storey and includes a WC as part of the internal fit-out.

    Module 1 layout

    Module 1 contains the main working area and the WC within a single 5.9m-long structure. The straightforward layout keeps the office compact and accessible, with no linking sections between modules. The WC makes the building more self-contained during the working day, reducing the need to return to the main house.

    The north-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows spaced along the elevation. At the east end, the 2.2m wall contains one full-size window. The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main glazed elevation, with a single glazed entrance door positioned between two large windows. A second full-size window is fitted in the west end wall.

    This arrangement places windows on every exposed elevation. The glazed door also contributes to the open appearance of the main frontage while providing direct access to the office. The exact configuration can be reviewed using the P600 configurator.

    Exterior finish and roof

    The exterior is finished in Dark grey horizontal cladding, giving the building a clean, understated appearance suited to a residential garden. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and contemporary. The building is supplied as a single-storey structure, so there are no external stairs, upper-level walkways or stacked modules to account for.

    Fit-out and indicative price

    The indicative price is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This includes the single P600 module, the stated Dark grey horizontal cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, listed door and window arrangement, and internal fit-out including the WC.

    Delivery covers the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, with transport quoted separately based on destination and access; offloading or cranage where required is separate.     Lead time and siting
