Module 1 layout
Module 1 contains the main working area and the WC within a single 5.9m-long structure. The straightforward layout keeps the office compact and accessible, with no linking sections between modules. The WC makes the building more self-contained during the working day, reducing the need to return to the main house.
The north-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows spaced along the elevation. At the east end, the 2.2m wall contains one full-size window. The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main glazed elevation, with a single glazed entrance door positioned between two large windows. A second full-size window is fitted in the west end wall.

Exterior finish and roof
The exterior is finished in Dark grey horizontal cladding, giving the building a clean, understated appearance suited to a residential garden. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and contemporary. The building is supplied as a single-storey structure, so there are no external stairs, upper-level walkways or stacked modules to account for.
Fit-out and indicative price
The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Lead time and siting
