A compact, wide-format workspace
This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, with an external module height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling.
The straightforward rectangular plan is intended as a dedicated garden office for home workers or small business owners. Windows and access
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains three small windows. At the opposite side, the south-facing 5.9m wall has a pair of glazed doors positioned between two large windows. Both 2.2m end walls include a full-size window, creating glazed elevations on all four sides of the office.
These openings form part of this stored P600 design. Their final positioning should be reviewed alongside the internal arrangement, particularly when confirming the location of the requested kitchenette, WC, workstations and storage.
Anthracite exterior and flat roof
All four exposed walls are selected with full-wall Narrow groove cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite), reference AR14514. The cladding is applied between the steel frame, giving the north, east, south and west elevations a consistent external treatment. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation rather than itemised in public pricing.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC have been requested, but their inclusion and positions must be confirmed through the final layout and quotation. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
If the WC is confirmed, the toilet area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades; they are not included specifications for this stored design unless recorded in the final quotation.
Pricing and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final layout, fit-out and selected details. The configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. The proposed location, access route and relevant site conditions must be assessed, with siting subject to survey before the project details are finalised.
