    Compact café layout in one P600 module

    This configuration uses one P600 module to create a compact modular café for the Retail & Hospitality sector. The building is arranged over a single storey, with a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 11m² of internal floor area. It offers a self-contained operating space for coffee operators, parks and visitor attractions where efficient use of the available site is important.

    The single module contains the customer-facing café space, a fitted kitchenette and a WC. Keeping every function within one module simplifies the overall layout while giving operators the essential facilities needed for a small coffee or refreshment offer. The kitchenette supports day-to-day preparation and service, while the integrated WC avoids the need for a separate amenity module.

    Glazed elevations and terrace access

    The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows, providing a broad glazed elevation along one side of the café. The east 2.2m end has one large window, while the west 2.2m end has a further large window. Together, these four windows bring natural light into the compact interior and provide visibility from several approaches.

    The south-facing 5.9m wall contains a glazed double door. This forms the principal entrance and opens towards the covered, ground-level timber terrace deck positioned alongside the building. The terrace provides an immediately adjacent outdoor area for customer circulation or seating, subject to the operator’s chosen furniture and site arrangement.

    Programme and site preparation

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The precise programme depends on specification sign-off, production scheduling and the readiness of the site for delivery and installation. Delivery covers the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, with transport quoted separately based on destination and access; offloading or cranage where required is separate.
