Compact security and site control layout
This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module arranged over a single storey. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The module is 2.40m high externally.
Before partitions, the design provides approximately 11.4m² of usable internal area. This is a conservative per-module allowance. The requested WC and its final partition arrangement will reduce the remaining open space, so the exact internal layout must be confirmed as part of the quotation. The compact format is intended for a dedicated gatehouse role rather than a connected multi-module arrangement.

Windows, entrance and external finish
The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. Both 2.2m end walls have a full-size window, giving the interior outward visibility on three sides. A single glazed door is positioned on the south-facing 5.9m wall.
All four outside walls are specified with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding, applied vertically between the exposed frame. This full-wall treatment gives the module a consistent selected finish across its north, east, south and west elevations. Final fixture, colour and finish details remain subject to confirmation in the quotation.
Above, the building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for the final fit-out, with its position and associated room layout still to be confirmed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are available as an optional selection. Where a shower room is selected, wet-room PVC flooring is used; a shower is not specified in this configuration.
Outside the bathroom area, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be selected for the outside faces of bathroom walls, while any other wall or floor finishes are determined when the final room layout and quotation are agreed. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should therefore be treated as indicative rather than guaranteed inclusions.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. This figure reflects the stored configuration but is not a final site-specific price.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, positioning and any project-specific requirements.
