Single-module configuration
This stored P600 configuration comprises one steel-framed module arranged as a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.
As a one-module configuration, the building has no linked or stacked sections. Its compact rectangular layout provides a self-contained security cabin for personnel managing vehicle, visitor or staff access.
Windows, door and external finish
The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows. The opposite south-facing wall has two small windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall—east and west—contains a full-size window. This arrangement provides glazing across every elevation of the cabin.
All four exposed walls are finished with Smooth plank AR16016 cladding in Antrasit, also described as Anthracite. The cladding is applied between the visible frame. The selected dark finish gives the cabin a consistent external appearance on the north, east, south and west walls. Cladding costs form part of the quotation and are not publicly itemised.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified in this stored design.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC has been requested for this configuration, with its final position and arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements apply to the proposed WC area where it is retained in the agreed final design.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included specifications for this configuration unless added to the final quotation.

This layout is intended as a security cabin for the Security & Site Control sector. It is suited to sites, car parks and distribution centres where teams oversee entrances, monitor movements or manage controlled access from a dedicated building. The final WC layout and selectable internal choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and should not be treated as included within the indicative building estimate.
Final siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The quotation will confirm the completed layout, selected finishes and relevant site-specific costs before the order is agreed.
