    Design highlights

    • One P600 module in a single-storey run layout
    • 5.9m x 2.2m external footprint
    • Approximately 11.4 m2 usable internal area before partitions
    • Sliding drive-through serving window
    • Single glazed door and two large end windows
    • Anthracite vertical ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding
    • Requested WC subject to final layout confirmation

    Compact single-module layout

This configuration uses one P600 module in a single-storey run layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11.4 m2 of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance, and the requested WC partition will reduce the open operational space available.

Designed as a security cabin, the building is intended for sites, car parks and distribution centres where staff oversee arrivals, departures or controlled entry. The single-module format keeps the accommodation focused while providing windows on three elevations and a separate glazed entrance.

    Openings and access

The north-facing 5.9m wall has a sliding drive-through serving window, providing a practical point for communicating with drivers or checking access information. A large window is positioned in each 2.2m end wall: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation. The south-facing 5.9m wall contains a single glazed door.

These openings are specific to the stored configuration. Their final detailing, including individual fixture and finish selections shown in any supporting illustration, is confirmed by quotation and the agreed final layout.

    Anthracite external finish

All four exposed walls are specified with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding in Anthracite. The boards are applied vertically between the steel frame, creating a consistent finish across the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding remains subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.

    Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for the fit-out, but its position and final arrangement must be confirmed in the quoted room layout. Where the bathroom is selected, its walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional bathroom wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are chosen in relation to the final room arrangement rather than assumed from illustrations. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms; no shower room is specified in this stored design, so that finish would only apply if the final quoted configuration were changed accordingly. Layout and finish choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.

    Indicative estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate reflects the stored module configuration without publicly itemising the cladding cost. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access.

Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final siting is subject to a site survey, including confirmation of access, levels, ground conditions, clearances and the requirements for positioning the module safely. The quotation will confirm the final layout, selected finishes and site-related pricing.
