    A linear four-module arrangement

This P600 configuration comprises four steel-framed modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. The complete building has an external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m and provides approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, depending on the final room and connection plan.

Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This linear format is configured for the Sport & Leisure sector and is particularly relevant to football, rugby and cricket clubs considering a purpose-planned modular changing room.

    Windows and external access

The stored design uses repeated small windows along the exposed north and south elevations, with high-level glazing at both ends of the run:

    • Module 1 has three small windows on its north wall. Its south wall has a small window, a single glazed door and a second small window. The west end has one top-only high-level window.
    • Module 2 has three small windows on its north wall and three small windows on its south wall.
    • Module 3 has three small windows on its north wall and three small windows on its south wall.
    • Module 4 has three small windows on its north wall and three small windows on its south wall. The east end has one top-only high-level window.

    Selected exterior and roof

The exposed outside walls use the included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035, with a smooth finish. These selected panels cover the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is selected.

    Requested changing-room fit-out

A WC and shower are requested for this configuration, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed as part of the completed room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Where plaster is selected outside the bathroom walls, it is applied according to the confirmed layout.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall treatments, partitions or finishes depend on the final room plan and quotation. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions. The stored design can be reviewed and developed through the building configurator, with final details recorded in the quotation.

    Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 ex VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting requirements, access and ground conditions must be assessed for the chosen location, with the final proposal remaining subject to survey and quotation.
