    Two-storey welfare space for construction sites

    This configuration uses eight 5.9m x 2.2m P600 steel-framed modules, arranged as four modules on each of two floors. It provides approx. 91.20 m² usable internal area before partitions while keeping the overall footprint to 11.8m x 4.4m. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase, which is not visible from outside.

    Designed for the construction sector, the building provides space for canteen and drying room functions alongside a kitchenette, WC and shower.     Module-by-module layout

    • Module 1, ground floor: the north side has a small window, a double-leaf glazed door and a second small window. The west end has two small windows.
    • Module 2, ground floor: the north side has three small windows, while the east end has two small windows.
    • Module 3, ground floor: the south side has three small windows and the west end has two small windows.
    • Module 4, ground floor: the east end has two small windows and the south side has three small windows.
    • Module 5, first floor: the north side has three small windows and the west end has two small windows.
    • Module 6, first floor: the north side has three small windows and the east end has two small windows.

    The glazed double door on Module 1 forms the external entrance. Small windows are distributed across every exposed elevation, giving the building consistent natural light without changing the compact, regular appearance of the P600 structure.

    The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, with a flat roof and slim fascia. The result is a straightforward, professional finish suited to active construction environments.
