Six-module single-storey configuration
This modular clubhouse uses six steel-framed P600 modules arranged in a three-by-two grid. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 17.7m x 4.4m. The configuration provides approximately 68.4m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space.
Each P600 module is approximately 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The linked, single-storey arrangement suits the flexible rooms commonly required by sports clubs and community organisations. Windows and entrance
The exposed north wall of Module 1 has two large windows positioned with a glazed double door between them. Its west end has a full-size window. Module 2 has two large windows on its exposed north wall, while Module 3 has two large north-facing windows and a full-size window on its east end.
On the opposite side of the grid, Module 4 has two large windows on its exposed south wall and a full-size window on its west end. Module 5 has two large south-facing windows. Module 6 completes the arrangement with two large windows on its south wall and a full-size window on its east end. These are the stored openings for this configuration; final fixture details are confirmed by quotation.
Grey grooved exterior and apex roof
The selected exposed outside walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The vertical boards are specified across the north elevations of Modules 1, 2 and 3, the south elevations of Modules 4, 5 and 6, the west ends of Modules 1 and 4, and the east ends of Modules 3 and 6. The building is completed with a dual-pitch apex roof.
Requested internal facilities
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring. Plaster is applied outside bathroom walls where that finish is selected.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections confirmed in the quotation. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator, but illustrated fixtures and finishes should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £89,600 excluding VAT, or £107,520 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The survey and quotation establish the applicable transport arrangements, site works, internal layout, selected finishes and final specification for this six-module clubhouse.
