Configuration and scale
This Sport & Leisure configuration uses six steel-framed P600 modules linked at ground-floor level to create an L-shaped modular clubhouse. Its external footprint is 17.7m x 8.1m, with approximately 68.4m² of usable internal area before partitions. This figure uses a conservative per-module allowance; connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m high externally. The internal ceiling height is 2.16m, while each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m before the final room layout is formed.
Module arrangement and openings
The six modules are arranged across a single storey. The specified openings bring windows to the exposed elevations and place the main glazed entrance on Module 1.

The configuration is completed by a dual-pitch apex roof.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette, WC and shower are requested, with their positions and surrounding partitions to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. The shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls when that finish is selected, and any other wall or floor finishes are chosen to suit the confirmed room arrangement. These details can be reviewed through the building configuration process and confirmed by quotation.
