Six-module L-shaped layout
This modular clubhouse is formed from six linked, steel-framed P600 modules arranged over one storey. The completed configuration has a 17.7m x 8.1m footprint and provides approximately 68 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.
The L-shaped arrangement creates two connected wings, allowing the requested clubhouse accommodation to be organised across a broad single-storey plan. This stored design is intended for the Sport & Leisure sector and is suited to sports clubs and community organisations. Configured windows and entrance
Module 1 forms the principal glazed entrance elevation. Its exposed north side has a large window, a double glazed door and a second large window. The exposed west end has one full-size window. Module 2 has two large windows on its exposed north side.
Module 3 has two large windows on the north side, one full-size window on the east end and two large windows on the south side. Module 4 has one full-size window on its south end and two large windows along its west side. Module 5 has one full-size window on its south end. Module 6 completes the arrangement with two large windows on its east side and one full-size window on its south end.
Anthracite slatted exterior and apex roof
The exposed walls selected in this configuration receive Anthracite ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding, with vertical boards applied between the structural frame and around the configured openings. The selected elevations are the north and west walls of Module 1; the north wall of Module 2; the north, east and south walls of Module 3; the south and west walls of Module 4; the south wall of Module 5; and the east and south walls of Module 6.
A dual-pitch apex roof spans the single-storey configuration. Cladding is priced by quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing. Final external details, interfaces and finishes are confirmed as part of the project quotation.
Requested clubhouse fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their precise positions to be confirmed in the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included finishes in this configuration. Flooring outside the toilet and shower areas has not been fixed room by room and must be selected and confirmed through the quotation. The internal arrangement can be reviewed using the building configurator.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £89,800 excluding VAT, or £107,760 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and assessment of access, levels and project requirements. The quotation will confirm the final layout, selected finishes, transport requirements and any site-specific provisions before the project proceeds.
