6-Module L-Shaped Clubhouse with WC and Shower

A practical L-shaped clubhouse layout

This configuration uses six 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules to form a single-storey L-shaped building. The overall footprint is 17.7m x 8.1m, with approximately 73 m² of internal floor area. The arrangement provides a substantial clubhouse for the Sport & Leisure sector without moving to a two-storey design. Further applications can be viewed on the modular clubhouses page.

Modules 1 to 3

Module 1 forms part of the north-facing elevation. Its exposed 5.9m wall has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. The exposed 2.2m west end also has a large window. This creates the principal glazed entrance and gives the end of the module an additional window opening.

Module 2 continues the north elevation with three openings across its exposed 5.9m wall: a small window, a large window and a second small window. Module 3 repeats this window pattern on both its exposed north and south 5.9m walls. Its exposed 2.2m east end has a further large window.

Modules 4 to 6

Module 4 sits within the return of the L-shaped plan. Its exposed 5.9m west wall has a small window, a large window and another small window. A large window is also fitted to its exposed 2.2m south end.

Module 5 has one exposed 2.2m south end, fitted with a large window. Module 6 completes the return: its exposed 5.9m east wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window, while its exposed 2.2m south end has a large window. Together, the listed openings provide glazing around the building’s exposed elevations without adding doors or windows not included in this configuration.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The building is finished in light grey timber cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings installed at sites across the UK.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, giving sports clubs and community organisations the core facilities expected from a working clubhouse. Price and programme

The indicative price is £72,000 excluding VAT, or £86,400 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to design confirmation, order requirements and the agreed installation programme.

Preparing the site

The site must be suitable for delivery and installation, with adequate vehicle access and a prepared base or foundations appropriate to the project. Routes and connection points for water, drainage and electrical services will also need to be established for the kitchenette, WC and shower. Ground conditions, access constraints and service requirements are assessed separately so that any necessary groundworks and site-specific costs can be quoted accurately.
