    What's included

    • Four linked P600 modules in a single-storey run
    • 23.6m x 2.2m footprint
    • Approximately 49 m² internal floor area
    • Smooth timber-effect exterior cladding
    • Seventeen large windows and one glazed entrance door
    • Internal WC and shower
    • Covered ground-level timber terrace deck

    A long, practical training space

This configuration links four P600 modules in a straight run, creating a building with a 23.6m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The long, narrow plan is well suited to a structured gym layout, with room to arrange training zones, equipment and circulation along the building.

    Module-by-module layout

Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m. The specified external openings are distributed as follows:

    • Module 1: two large windows on the north-facing 5.9m wall. The south wall has a large window, a single glazed entrance door and a second large window. The exposed west end has one large window.
    • Module 2: two large windows on the north wall and two large windows on the south wall.
    • Module 3: two large windows on the north wall and two large windows on the south wall.
    • Module 4: two large windows on the north wall, two large windows on the south wall and one large window in the exposed east end.

The single glazed door in Module 1 provides the external entrance. Large windows on both long elevations bring daylight into every module, while the end windows give the run an open aspect at both ends.

    Timber-effect exterior and covered terrace

The exterior uses smooth timber-effect cladding, giving the gym a warmer appearance than a conventional site building. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile clean and simple.

A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. It provides a useful sheltered area immediately outside the gym and can support arrival, rest or transition between indoor and outdoor training. Final terrace interfaces must be coordinated with the prepared site.

    Fitted for gym use

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, making the building suitable for longer training sessions and back-to-back personal-training appointments. Their inclusion also reduces reliance on facilities in a separate house or commercial property.

This configuration is intended for home gym owners and small personal-training studios in the Sport & Leisure sector. More information about this application is available on the modular gyms page.

    Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £44,800 excluding VAT, or £53,760 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the four-module building with the stated external finish, listed doors and windows, and internal WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are quoted separately.

Project scope and options can be reviewed using the P600 configurator. The final quotation will confirm the complete supply and installation package for the site.

    Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The project programme is confirmed against the final specification, site information and installation arrangements.

The building requires a suitably prepared, level site with adequate access for delivery and installation. Groundworks must be designed for the location, while connections for power, water, drainage and the fitted WC and shower need to be planned before installation. Delivery access, lifting requirements and any site constraints are assessed and priced separately.
