Wide four-module office layout
This configuration combines four steel-framed P600 modules side by side to create a single-storey office with a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint. The completed layout provides approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

Windows and entrance arrangement
The exposed north wall of Module 1 has a single glazed door positioned between two large windows. Its east and west end walls each contain a further large window. Modules 2 and 3 each have one large window in both the east and west end walls. Module 4 also has large windows in its east and west end walls, together with two large windows across its exposed south wall. This arrangement provides glazing around the outer ends and both principal elevations of the wide configuration.
External panels and roof
The selected outside walls use the included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010, with a smooth finish. These panels are specified across the exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Modules 2 and 3; and the east, south and west walls of Module 4. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this modular office, but their exact positions and final specifications must be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. The WC room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Specific sanitary fittings, kitchenette components and service connections are not defined in this configuration and should not be treated as included until confirmed.
Internal finish choices
Outside the WC area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included elements of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring has not been specified, apart from the required wet-room PVC flooring treatment for the WC.
