4-Module Single-Storey Changing Rooms

A four-module changing room in a straight run

This configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end as a single-storey building. The resulting footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.

Developed for the Sport & Leisure sector, the building is suited to football, rugby and cricket clubs seeking a long, linear changing facility. Further information about this type of building is available on the modular changing rooms page.

External panels, roof and openings

The included external finish is vertical insulated sandwich panelling in Light Grey, RAL 7035, with a smooth surface. This panel selection applies to the exposed north, south and west walls of Module 1; the north and south walls of Modules 2 and 3; and the north, south and east walls of Module 4. The building has a dual-pitch apex roof.

Module 1 has two high-level top-only windows on its north wall. Its south wall contains a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window, while the exposed west end has one high-level top-only window.

Modules 2 and 3 each have two high-level top-only windows on the north wall and two on the south wall. Module 4 follows the same north and south arrangement, with two high-level top-only windows on each side, plus one high-level top-only window in the exposed east end.

Requested internal fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested for this configuration, but their positions and the final room arrangement must be confirmed during quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise sanitary fittings, room divisions and associated details are therefore subject to the agreed final layout rather than guaranteed from an illustration.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades. Room-by-room flooring selections outside the toilet and shower areas must also be confirmed and should not be assumed from rendered images.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to a site survey covering access, ground conditions, positioning and any project-specific requirements. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, with fixtures, finishes and layout details confirmed in the resulting quotation.
