Four connected P600 modules
This stored configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. The resulting external footprint is 23.6m long by 2.2m wide. Each module is 5.9m by 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling height. Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m.
The conservative allowance is approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final junctions and room arrangement. This design is intended for the modular offices use case.
Run layout and external openings
The modules connect through their short ends to create one long office building. Modules 1 and 4 form the exposed ends, while the north and south walls remain exposed along the full run. The stored opening schedule is:
- Module 1 north: one small window, one large window and one small window.
- Module 1 south: one large window, one glazed double door and one large window.
- Module 1 west end: one full-size window.
- Module 2 north and south: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
- Module 3 north and south: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
- Module 4 north and south: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
- Module 4 east end: one full-size window.
Selected exterior and roof
All selected outside walls use smooth, standard insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001. This vertical panel finish applies to the exposed north and south walls, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, with their final positions and details to be confirmed as part of the completed room layout and quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an option. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms, although no shower is specified in this configuration.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall or floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selected specification. Illustrated fixtures and finishes are not guaranteed unless confirmed in the quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, with access, ground conditions and the requirements of the final office layout considered before the quotation is confirmed.
