4-Module P600 Gym with WC and Shower

A focused space for training

This P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules in a straight run, creating a building with a 23.6m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. Its long format is suited to cardio equipment, free-weight stations, functional training or one-to-one coaching, subject to the buyer’s chosen internal arrangement and equipment.

Four-module run layout

Module 1 forms the west end of the building. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows, while the south-facing wall has two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. A full-size window fills the exposed 2.2m west end, bringing additional daylight into the first section of the gym.

Module 2 continues the run with two large windows on its exposed north wall and two large windows on its exposed south wall. There is no additional external door specified for this module.

Module 3 follows the same window arrangement, with two large windows facing north and two facing south. This consistent opening pattern distributes daylight along the central part of the building.

Module 4 forms the east end. It has two large windows on the north wall, two large windows on the south wall and a full-size window across the exposed 2.2m east end. Across the complete run, the building has eight large windows on each long elevation, two full-size end windows and one glazed entrance door.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth timber-effect cladding, giving the building a clean appearance suited to gardens, private grounds and small leisure sites. The flat roof is finished with a slim fascia to maintain a simple, low-profile roofline across all four modules.

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supporting private workouts, coached sessions and small personal-training operations. The remaining floor area can be planned around the required training zones and equipment. Alternative choices can be explored through the P600 configurator, although changes may affect the final quotation.

Price and typical lead time

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, equivalent to £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the stated four-module configuration, exterior finish, door and window arrangement, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately after the site and project requirements have been reviewed.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on specification sign-off, site readiness, delivery planning and the installation schedule for the chosen location.

Preparing the site

The site needs a suitable prepared base or foundation for the full 23.6m x 2.2m footprint, together with adequate access for delivery and installation. Space around the footprint may also be required during installation. Utility routes and connections for the WC and shower must be planned as part of the site works. Ground conditions, access restrictions, drainage, service connections and other location-specific requirements are assessed and priced separately.
