Configuration and scale
Designed for the Sport & Leisure sector, this stored modular changing room configuration uses four P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey run. The overall footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Linear module arrangement
The four modules are arranged end to end to form one long, narrow building. Module 1 forms the western end, Modules 2 and 3 occupy the centre of the run, and Module 4 forms the eastern end. This configuration is intended for use by sports clubs, including football, rugby and cricket organisations. The final internal division for changing, WC and shower spaces is confirmed through the quotation and layout process.
Windows and external access
Module 1 has three small windows on its north wall. Its south wall has a small window, one glazed double door and a further small window, while the exposed west end has two small windows.
Modules 2 and 3 each have three small windows on the north wall and three on the south wall. Module 4 also has three small windows on its north wall and three on its south wall, together with two small windows on the exposed east end. Across the complete run, the stored design therefore contains 27 small windows and one glazed double door.
External panels and roof
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001. The selected exposed walls have a smooth standard insulated-panel finish: the north and south walls of all four modules, the west wall of Module 1 and the east wall of Module 4. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections remain selectable choices or upgrades rather than included elements in this stored configuration. Fixtures, finishes and fit-out details shown in supporting imagery are not guaranteed unless they are confirmed in the final quotation. The configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 ex VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access; it is not included in the stated estimate. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
