    A wide, single-storey office layout

    This configuration links four P600 modules side by side to create a wide modular office with a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint. The completed building provides approximately 46 m² of internal floor area on one level. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating a practical rectangular building suited to commercial sites where straightforward access and efficient use of space are priorities.

    Module-by-module arrangement

    Module 1 forms the northern outer section of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall contains a Large window, a single Glazed door and a second Large window. This is the building’s external entrance elevation and provides substantial glazing on both sides of the door. The exposed east and west 2.2m ends each contain a Large window.

    Module 2 sits immediately alongside Module 1. Its long walls connect internally to the neighbouring modules, while both exposed 2.2m ends are fitted with a Large window. Module 3 follows the same arrangement, with a Large window in the exposed east end and another Large window in the exposed west end. Together, the central modules extend the usable internal floorplate without adding further external doors.

    Module 4 forms the southern outer section. Its exposed east end has a Large window, while the 5.9m south wall is arranged with a Small window, a Large window and a second Small window. A further Large window is fitted in the exposed west end. Across the complete building, the window arrangement brings glazing to both short ends as well as the north and south elevations.

    External finish and internal fit-out

    The exterior is finished in Light grey horizontal cladding, giving the office a clean, consistent commercial appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low profile. The specified windows and single glazed entrance door are incorporated into the exposed walls described above, with no additional openings assumed.

    Internally, the building is supplied to a fitted standard and includes a kitchenette and WC. These facilities make the configuration suitable for day-to-day use by a permanent office team rather than as an empty shell.     Indicative price and supply

    Lead time and siting requirements

    A typical lead time for a P600 building is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on the final specification, site requirements and delivery arrangements. Before installation, the site will need suitable prepared foundations or a level supporting base, sufficient access for the modules and installation equipment, and a clear working area around the final footprint.

    Connections for the kitchenette and WC must be planned as part of the site works, including the required incoming and waste services. Delivery access, local ground conditions and any planning or building control requirements should also be assessed for the specific location. These items are site dependent and are therefore priced separately from the indicative building price.
