4-Module Modular Gym with WC, Shower and Terrace

A linear four-module gym layout

This configuration uses four P600 modules connected in a single-storey run, creating a building footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The long, narrow format is well suited to gym equipment arranged in training zones, while extensive glazing brings natural light along both sides of the building. Doors and windows by module

Module 1 forms the west end of the run. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south-facing wall has a large window, a pair of glazed entrance doors and another large window. A further large window is positioned in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 continues the building with the same balanced window arrangement on both exposed long walls. The north side has a small window, large window and small window, with the pattern repeated on the south side.

Module 3 follows the same format as Module 2. Both its north and south walls have a central large window positioned between two small windows, maintaining consistent daylight along the middle of the gym.

Module 4 completes the east end. Its north and south walls each have a small window, large window and small window. The exposed east end wall includes one additional large window. Across the complete configuration, the building has 14 small windows, 11 large windows and one pair of glazed entrance doors.

External finish and terrace

The exterior is finished in smooth timber-effect cladding, giving the building a clean, contemporary appearance without relying on a conventional site-built façade. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline restrained across the full 23.6m length. Alongside the building is a covered, ground-level timber terrace deck, providing a practical sheltered area immediately outside the gym.

Internal fit-out and price

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supporting both private training and small personal-training sessions. The remaining internal area can be planned around the buyer’s preferred equipment, circulation and exercise zones. Equipment, specialist gym flooring and other items not stated in this specification should be confirmed separately when the project is quoted.

The indicative price is £44,800 excluding VAT, or £53,760 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the configured four-module P600 building, its stated cladding, roof, doors, windows, covered terrace arrangement and WC and shower fit-out. Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final specification, order confirmation and the agreed delivery programme. The site requires suitable prepared foundations or support points, adequate delivery and installation access, and planned connections for power, water and drainage. Ground conditions, access restrictions, levels and utility routes must be assessed for the individual property.
