This P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules linked side by side to create a wide 5.9m x 8.8m footprint. The exterior is finished in Anthracite timber cladding and covered by a dual-pitch apex roof. The wide arrangement creates a substantial frontage while retaining the dimensional consistency of the 5.9m x 2.2m P600 module. It is a defined configuration for buyers comparing practical modular clubhouses, rather than a conceptual building that still needs its main specification to be established.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the north edge of the building and contains the main entrance. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a central glazed double door with a large window on either side. The exposed 2.2m east and west ends each contain a further large window, giving this part of the clubhouse natural light from three directions.

Module 2 sits immediately alongside Module 1. Its long walls connect internally with the adjoining modules, while its exposed east and west ends each have one large window. This keeps the central section of the wide plan connected to daylight without adding openings to the linked internal walls.

Module 3 follows the same end-window arrangement as Module 2. One large window is installed in the exposed east end and another in the exposed west end. Together, Modules 2 and 3 create the centre of the open, four-module footprint.

Module 4 forms the south edge. Its east and west ends each have a large window. The exposed 5.9m south wall has three openings arranged as a small window, a large window and a second small window. Across the full building, the specified arrangement provides eleven large windows, two small windows and one glazed double-door entrance.

Internal fit-out and supplied specification

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower. These facilities allow the building to support day-to-day clubhouse use without requiring a separate amenities unit. The exact internal coordination of the fitted areas, services and circulation is confirmed as part of the project process, based on the approved configuration and site connections.

The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in this figure and are quoted separately once the location, access and site requirements are known. Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification approval, project scheduling and site readiness. Before installation, the site requires suitable prepared groundworks and clear access for delivery and positioning of the four modules. Utility supplies, drainage connections and any site-specific works must also be coordinated in advance.

Planning requirements, access constraints and the condition of the proposed location should be checked for each project. The final quotation will account for delivery distance, installation access, required groundworks and any works needed to connect the kitchenette, WC and shower to the relevant services.
