Layout and scale
This single-storey modular changing room uses four P600 modules linked end to end in a straight run. The resulting footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46m² of internal usable floor area. It is configured for Sport & Leisure use and suits football, rugby and cricket clubs seeking a long, space-efficient changing facility.
Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m. The stored design places all four modules at ground-floor level; it is not a stacked arrangement.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 forms the west end of the run. Its exposed north wall has three small windows, while the south wall has a small window, a double-leaf glazed door and a further small window. A high-level, top-only window is positioned in the exposed west end wall.
Modules 2 and 3 each have three small windows on their exposed north walls and three on their exposed south walls. Module 4 also has three small windows to the north and three to the south, together with a high-level, top-only window in its exposed east end wall.
External appearance
All exposed outside walls are specified with Smooth plank AR16016 cladding between the frame, finished in Antrasit (Anthracite). This covers the north and south elevations across all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the selected exterior. Final fixture, colour and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Requested changing-room fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, with their positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The quotation will confirm the detailed sanitary fit-out and the precise allocation of space within the four-module run.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring selections outside the wet areas also remain to be confirmed and should not be assumed from illustrations.
Indicative configured estimate

Changes made through the building configurator, including revised openings, finishes or room arrangements, may alter the final price.
