Four-module layout
This single-storey configuration combines four P600 steel-framed modules in a two-by-two grid, creating an 11.8m x 4.4m footprint and approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m, a 2.16m internal ceiling and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The connected layout is intended as a modular changing room for the Sport & Leisure sector. Its scale and requested facilities suit clubs seeking dedicated changing provision, including football, rugby and cricket organisations. The final internal arrangement is confirmed during quotation.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 forms part of the exposed north and west elevations. Its north-facing 5.9m side has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows, while its west-facing 2.2m end has a high-level, top-only window. Module 2 continues the north elevation with three small windows along its exposed 5.9m side and a high-level, top-only window in its east-facing end.
On the opposite elevation, Module 3 has three small windows along its exposed south-facing 5.9m side and a high-level, top-only window in its west-facing end. Module 4 also has three small windows along its exposed south-facing side, together with a high-level, top-only window in its east-facing end.
External finish and roof
The included external finish uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected exposed north, south, east and west walls use smooth standard insulated panels in this colour, giving the four-module arrangement a consistent finish around its visible perimeter. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the stored configuration.
Requested changing facilities
The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their positions and final room arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These finishes are specific to the wet areas and should not be taken as the stated finish throughout the rest of the building.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this configuration. Other room-by-room flooring selections also remain subject to the final specification and quotation.
Quotation and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.
