Scale and arrangement
This single-storey configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged in a grid, creating an external footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Using a conservative per-module allowance, the building provides approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions. Connected open layouts may provide more space, while the final WC, shower and changing-room partitions will affect the completed room areas. The design is intended as a modular changing room for football, rugby and cricket clubs.
External finish and roof
The selected exposed outside walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed full-wall cladding, applied between the frame with the boards set vertically. This treatment is specified on the north and west walls of Module 1, north and east walls of Module 2, south and west walls of Module 3, and east and south walls of Module 4.
An apex roof spans the single-storey configuration. Cladding and final external details remain subject to quotation and confirmation; individual cladding prices are not itemised publicly.
Windows and entrance
The stored design distributes small windows around every exposed elevation, with the glazed entrance positioned on the north side of Module 1:
- Module 1 north wall: two small windows with a glazed double-door set between them.
- Module 1 west end wall: two small windows.
- Module 2 north wall: three small windows.
- Module 2 east end wall: two small windows.
- Module 3 south wall: three small windows.
- Module 3 west end wall: two small windows.
- Module 4 east end wall: two small windows.
- Module 4 south wall: three small windows.
This gives the configuration one glazed double-door entrance and 19 small windows across the exposed outside walls. Their final specification and associated details are confirmed by quotation.
Requested changing and washroom fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for the completed layout, but their positions and the resulting room arrangement must be confirmed as part of the final design. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls rather than replacing the specified waterproof bathroom construction. Fixtures, finishes and room details shown in supporting illustrations are not guaranteed unless included in the final quotation.
Quotation and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £60,600 ex VAT, or £72,720 including VAT, subject to quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final partitioning and selected finishes confirmed against the club’s requirements.
Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the requirements for placing the four-module grid layout.
