    Four-module grid layout

This configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey grid, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. The combined building provides approximately 46m² of usable internal floor area for a modular changing room layout serving the Sport & Leisure sector.

Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The joined grid format provides a wider internal plan than a single linear row, allowing the changing accommodation and requested sanitary spaces to be developed within the final agreed layout. Further information about this application is available on the modular changing rooms page.

    Windows and entrance

The exposed north wall of Module 1 has a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window. Its west end wall has two small windows. Module 2 has three small windows on its exposed north wall and two small windows on its east end wall.

On the opposite side of the building, Module 3 has three small windows on its exposed south wall and two small windows on its west end wall. Module 4 has two small windows on its east end wall and three small windows on its exposed south wall. Together, these stored elevations provide the configuration with one glazed double entrance and 19 small windows across the exposed outside walls.

    Anthracite external finish

All selected exposed walls have full-wall Smooth plank cladding in AR16016 Antrasit, also described as Anthracite. The finish is applied between the Anthracite frame on the north and west walls of Module 1, the north and east walls of Module 2, the south and west walls of Module 3, and the east and south walls of Module 4.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored design. Cladding is priced by quotation and is not separately itemised in the public configuration price.

    Requested internal fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed as part of the completed internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections remain optional choices or upgrades rather than included specifications. Final fixtures, finishes and sanitary details are confirmed by quotation. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.

    Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey. Access, ground conditions, levels, service connections and any site-specific constraints must be assessed before the installation arrangements and associated costs can be confirmed.
